It is a very new Wendy's in Jax Beach, so of course the service is going to be slow and the credit card machine consistently goes down, but if you have to have that root beer float and that Baconator then it's well worth the wait. They could have made the place a little bigger and the set up is very strange. It gets very confusing with where the line starts and where to pick up food. People are constantly asking each other if they are in line or if they have ordered. It gets frustrating. For a fast food place it is very slow, be prepared to wait. It is still new though, so hopefully with good management they will pick up the pace! The outside seating is a nice touch though. I will definitely keep coming back, and will eventually re evaluate the service.

This place sucks! Staff has attitudes (especially Anthony!!).After telling three times (what I wanted), still got it wrong! These people are a bunch of morons! Very small dining area.If you want to go to a wendys, avoid this one!

Many moons ago there was a Wendy's on Beach Blvd, just west of 3rd St (The shell of a building is still there). I was very sad when it closed as Wendy's was one of my favorite fast food joints to grab a quick bite. I was very excited when I saw the sign for the new Wendy's moving in. (In truth, my husband saw it but he's more of a Yelp user than a Yelp contributor). Driving home from class today I was in the mood for some spicy chicken nuggets so I took a slight detour and paid a visit to an old new friend. As I was sitting in the drive-thru I was excited to see there was a listing for me to actually check-in to but slightly puzzled with the lowly one & a half stars. Even Taco Bell (one block north) gets two & half stars. While I can understand the gripes the other reviewers have, my experience was slightly different. I arrived in the middle of lunch hour (just before 1230). The parking lot was busy, but not totally full. And the pick-up window only had two cars in it which played in my favor since that was what I was there to do. I was pleasantly greeted and quickly placed my order. My food was ready to go, my card was swiped promptly and I was on my merry way. Yes, I checked my order before I left and all was accounted for. The spicy chicken nuggets were just as expected. Had they been sitting under a warmer for a hair too long? Perhaps. The fries were not. Would I have liked them crispier? Yes. Were they underdone? Absolutely not. Could they have used more salt? For sure. The whole pleasure of going to Wendy's is dipping salty french fries into the chocolately Frosty. Did I order a Frosty today? No, but that doesn't mean I want plain fries. Do they have some kinks to work out (like EVERY new restaurant does)? Probably. Did I see any of those kinks today? Not a one. Are they getting an extra star because they're on this side of 'the ditch'? Yes.

In addition to finding bugs in the food, I figured today id just get a drink. Asked for unsweet tea, get to work, fucking sweet tea. HOW IS THIS DIFFICULT?!?

Very clean location.. I love the outside eating patio. Service was very good. Burgers at Wendys are more expensive but they are worth it.. You can tell that whoever owns this location cares for it and makes sure it is ran the right way.

I rarely eat fast food when I'm not on a road trip, but I really enjoy the friendliness of this staff. Always get quick service and in 10 times, I've probably had one minor error on an order. If I'm getting fast food, I'm heading here.
